I put too much engine oil in my scooter(peugeot elyseo 125cc) and the engien stopped running afther 2 minutes?I distroyed the engine ?what can I do now?I didn’t tried to restart the engine because i-m afraid now.Can somebody help me with some suggestions?

i have tried a new battery and sparkplug, the sparkplug is sparking. the bike makes a noise when i turn the key but fails to kick in its all electric and wondering if it needs a new ecu system.
