I have 4 of my friends having P307, none had this problem. It may be the floor protection u r using, it can hold down the pedal. Try driving without floor mat. You can also lubrify the pedal’s support from inside and from engine side. It is clearly not an electronic problem, it’s a mechanical fault on the pedal level.
Also check the acceleration cable between pedal and engine (it goes to the injection part above the engine).
