check your warranty on this vehicle,,it may be covered by the original warranty,,if not its going to cost around 200 at the least to get this done..good luck with it,hope this help,s.,have a good x-mas.

I own a 99 Passat, very very expensive to maintain. Hate to say that I wish I never bought it. Or perhaps I can’t afford it?? Anyways, listen to what Dodge man posted… Check your warranty since you have an 02 model. Our newer model cars are tested for emissions via the computer so the test is telling you that there is a computer or sensor malfunction. The only solution is to use a vag-com or similar computer test on that vehicle.

you might just want to change the oxygen sensor (s) in the car…its 80 bucks and alot easier to do opposed to the catalytic converter that everybody always thinks it is.
